As I was thinking on what to write and if there is not already enough wisdom out there, I decided to spice it up with my personal view and my personal stories.
Sure, also a good book could give valuable insights on your next career move, for your next strategy workshop or the upcoming negotiation with your suppliers and many other topics.
Anyhow, what sometimes is missing from my perspective is real life experience and the ownership.
So owning the problem at hand and having to deal with it (=solve it for good), is from my perspective the best learning someone can gain. So this here will be a collection of first hand experience and how to deal with situations that you will face in real life.
